Function

  • To promote construction quality through conformity assessment (e.g. ISO 9000, ISO IEC Guide 25), Certification (e.g. certification of qualified personnel, welders and construction materials) and training (include registration of third party training for the construction industry)

  • To develop guidance documents, National Standards and adopt International Standards (where appropriate) in order to serve the need of the construction industry

  • To maintain a library of standards and appropriate technical bulletin to serve the industry in general
